The vision of USD 435 Professional Development Council is to take a leadership role in providing and managing learning opportunities for all staff members that result in improved student learning. 

It is also the role of the Professional Development Council to provide an avenue for all certified teachers, both employed by USD 435 and not employed by USD 435,  to re-certify through Kansas State Department of Education.
