Goal: Implement Everyday Math resources to the fullest potential

 

Long Term Goal – more than one year

Students will increase estimation (3.2.A2;4th and 1.3.A4;5th) by 2 % on average grade level score

Short Term Goal –  To increase studentsŐ skills in Number and Computation; and apply them to real world problems (measurement and measurement formulas)

Meet with upcoming grade levels  (ie, 3rd grade meet with 4th grade teachers) to discuss student progress and  review assessment scores (MAP, State, and/or District), in order to have a general idea of where kids are at in math to better plan for the Fall.

Early release time twice a month to focus on math needs, especially as we develop MTSS

1)    Possible data sources can include assessment scores from MAP or State assessments, locally developed assessments that will show the change, locally developed Rubrics to show implementation and change, portfolios, focus groups, observation toolsÉ..

2)    When goals are completed it doesnŐt necessarily mean they are dropped.  They should be engrained in instruction that it no longer needs to be a goal for implementation to occur.
