In the kindergarten classrooms, the science lessons come from the resource book Apples, Bubbles, and Crystals and are integrated into the study of letters and sounds.  The science kits produced by Science and Technology for Children are used in the other elementary classrooms. The units of study in each grade level are:

1st Grade: Solids and Liquids, Organisms, Magnets, Floating/Sinking, Space, Rocks, Nutrition

2nd Grade: Magnets, Lungs/Heart, Soils, Balancing/Weighing, Life Cycle of the Butterfly

3rd Grade: Magnets, Chemical Tests, Rocks/Minerals, Animal Studies, Sound, Respiratory System

4th Grade: Land/Water, Plants, Electricity, Motion

5th Grade: Microworlds, Food Chemistry, Ecosystems, Float/Sink
