Curriculum Area: Social Studies 6 - 8

Goal: Implementation of the KSDE Social Studies Standards

 

 

Long Term Goal Ð more than one year: Apply strategies to increase learning

for all students especially low SES and Special Education Students (include

accommodations and modifications).

Short Term Goal ÐProvide students with a basic understanding and ability to apply Kansas Social Studies standards in appropriate social and academic settings.

2)    When goals are completed it doesnÕt necessarily mean they are dropped.  They should be engrained in instruction that it no longer needs to be a goal for implementation to occur.
